Starting from the 25 Oct to 29 Oct, I found the seminar that I was attending is beneficial for all levels of coaches, trainers and even sports officials who would like to see an improvement in their choice of sports particularly in the Biomechanics of it. 

The course also gave me alot of insides in the need to incorporate video-analysising and improving the way I could do coaching in my specific field.

I had a lot of fun studying, doing the practical (for video-analysis motion) at the Biomechanic Lab and class - group presentation (after analysizing the motion).

Course Description: A study of Human Movement as it relates to sports activities. The Course will introduce the Laws of Physics and Basic Human Anatomy. It will emphasize the synthesis of mechanics and anatomy in order to understand and apply these concepts to performance and the development of skill. 

Text: McGinnis, P. Second Edition. (2005). Biomechanics of Sports and Exercise.

Goals: To have knowledge and an understanding of the following:

• Fundamental Biomechanical concepts, principles and terminology.
• External forces, torque, work, power and energy.
• Linear and angular motion.
• Anatomical and physiological application.
• Biomechanical analysis
• "Dartfish", a computer program illustrating video-analysis of motion.
